Punjab Wheat Support Program
Punjab Government has launched the Chief Minister Punjab Wheat Support Program 2025 to provide direct financial support to small and medium farmers in the province. Under the scheme, farmers holding up to 12.5 acres of land will receive Rs 5,000 per acre in financial assistance, which will be transferred through the Bank of Punjab.
The initiative aims to increase wheat production, reduce the financial burden of farmers and promote modern agriculture. The last date of application is fixed as 15 May 2025.

What is the wheat support program?

- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab.
- He may be the owner or tenant of the land.
- The land area is 12.5 acres or less.
- National Identity Card (CNIC) should be valid.
- Having an active account in Bank of Punjab.

- Enter CNIC, mobile number and personal details.
- Upload land ownership or tenancy documents.
- Provide bank account details.
- Apply and wait for the confirmation message.
Offline Application Method
If you cannot fill the form online, approach the nearest Agriculture Department office. The staff will guide you there. After filling the form submit it along with all the documents.
