Punjab Rashan Card
Punjab government under the leadership of Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif Punjab Rashan Card 2025 has been announced. The objective of this program is to help families who are facing difficulties due to inflation and increase in daily expenses. The program will start from May 1, 2025, under which free ration will be provided every month and financial assistance of Rs 10,000 every four months.
In the initial phase, 15 lakh deserving families will be included in this scheme.
Documents required for Punjab Rashan Card
Complete and valid documents will be required for successful registration in the Punjab Ration Card Program. These documents will be used to check the financial status during the PSER (Punjab Socio-Economic Registry) survey.
List of documents required:
- Computerized National Identity Card of Head of Household
- A recent passport-size photograph
- Proof of monthly income (salary slip or income certificate)
- Latest utility bills (electricity, gas, water)
- Tenancy agreement (if tenants)
- Bank account details

Eligibility Criteria for Punjab Rashan Card
Only those families who fulfill the following conditions will be able to get the Punjab Ration Card:
- Total monthly income should be less than Rs.. 50,000.
- Don’t take assistance from any government scheme like BISP or the Akhut loan program.
- Permanent residence should be in Punjab.
- Formerly eligible for Ramadan Ration Relief Program.
- No personal house or valuable property.
- Don’t be a tax filer.
- Persons with disabilities can also apply with valid certificates.
- Registration in the PSER survey is mandatory.
If the conditions are not fulfilled, the application will not be accepted.

Registration Procedure for Punjab Rashan Card
Online Registration:
- Visit the website: pser.punjab.gov.pk
- Create account with CNIC number, mobile number and other basic information.
- Enter the information of head of household and family members in the form.
- Provide details of income, employment, property or agricultural land.
- Submit the completed form and wait for verification.
Offline Registration:
- Visit the nearest PSER Registration Center.
- Complete the registration form with original documents.
- Or provide direct information in the event of a government team visiting the home.
After registration all information will be approved after verification from database.
