How can we qualify for “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar” scheme?

To avail of this scheme the following conditions must be fulfilled:

• Applicant must be a permanent resident of Punjab (as per CNIC).
• The application can be submitted only in your home district.
• The applicant, his spouse or dependent children should not own any residential land or house in Pakistan.
• The applicant should not have a criminal record.
• The applicant should not be in default of any bank or financial institution.
• Applicant’s monthly income should be less than Rs 50,000.
• Applicant must be registered with NSER and have a PMT score of 60 or less.
• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age (married persons will be preferred).
• Applicant should be the head of the nuclear family as per NADRA.
